According to the Spanish law 30/2007 from October 30th about contracts in the public sector (LCSP in Spanish), and in its condition of executive organ of the local government of the Principality of Asturias, GIT is a publicly owned company, independent from the Public Administration, which is responsible for granting the projects.

Following what is stated in the law, among other additional promotion channels, GIT uses its Profile from the hiring company section as its main information channel and to publish upcoming projects that still need to be awarded.

In response to article 175 of the LCSP law, GIT has approved and published the instructions to apply for a project on this section, which are strictly followed. This way, the effectiveness of advertising, competition, transparency, confidentiality, equality and inclusion principles dictated by law is guaranteed.
